VitaAmp offers a unique program designed specifically for the enrichment and development of teachers. The aim is to equip teachers with the life skills and self-knowledge they need to be the very best teacher they can be. That means being healthy as a whole person. When you are whole and healthy, the task of teaching becomes so much easier and you become more effective.

The program is presented to groups of teachers at schools. The 9 sessions include the following themes:
